We are working within an unprecedented real estate market. The FED holding back on an interest rate reduction has consumers questioning if now is the right time to buy? This coupled with low inventory levels, is causing a bit of confusion in the market place for buyers and sellers alike. In specific areas and around particular properties, we are seeing offer review dates re-emerging with 20-40 offers on certain homes. In other cases, we are seeing some standing inventory with higher days on market giving buyers the ability to take time to shop and pick a home at a preferred pace.
