Mindy: Managing Broker
Mindy began her career in real estate in 2004. With the support of her husband Tom and her family, Mindy built a thriving business based on trust, care, service and strong client relationships. Never allowing quantity to supersede quality of service, Mindy has very carefully grown the business, being ever mindful to keep client’s needs as her top priority. With demand rapidly increasing, Mindy sought to add a like-minded broker to the team. Thus, her husband Tom, a successful contractor and business owner, took a leap of faith to become a real estate broker and join Mindy. Tom, having watched Mindy work with clients for over a decade and sharing the same core values of trust, service, loyalty and quality, in addition to his vast knowledge of construction, was the perfect fit. Most recently the team has expanded to include real estate broker Audrey Kull and staging director Kyra. Tom: Real Estate Broker
Tom began work in the construction industry in 1985 and by 1991, was running his own successful business as a general contractor specializing in residential remodels. Tom believes in good old-fashioned hard work and is ready, willing and able to meet any challenge. In discussions with Mindy regarding the need for another agent, it was instantly clear that together, with their combined knowledge and expertise, they could serve clients needs beyond that of a typical real estate broker. It wasn’t a huge leap for Tom, who had been working with clients and homes for over 30 years and he joined Mindy Hibbard Real Estate full time in 2017. Just as Tom enjoyed helping his clients plan and decide upon the details of a remodel, he relishes the opportunity to help buyers research, discover and connect with their new home. He is happy to provide seasoned advice to both buyers and sellers regarding potential repairs and updates. As a licensed broker, Tom consistently implements thorough communication, follow through and attention to detail. Outside of work Tom’s passions include his wife Mindy, their two grown children, fitness and sporting events.
Audrey: Real Estate Broker
Audrey has over 20 years of customer service and management experience in a variety of fields, including hospitality and healthcare. In 2016, Audrey and her husband began a successful construction business, which ignited her passion for the housing industry and inspired her to pursue a career in real estate. In 2021, Audrey began working as a real estate broker for John L Scott. During this time, she simultaneously worked as the firm’s listing coordinator with the goal of immersing herself in the industry and diversifying her skills as a real estate professional. It was at John L. Scott where Audrey and Mindy first became acquainted. Audrey was immediately impressed by Mindy’s dedication and commitment to her clients and when Mindy shared her vision, Audrey jumped at the opportunity to learn from the best and be a part of Mindy’s talented team. Outside of her commitment to helping her clients with their real estate needs, Audrey is dedicated to her family and even finds the time to serve as her daughter’s Girl Scout troop leader. Audrey works hard from the heart and aims to exceed her client’s expectations.
Kyra: Staging Director
Kyra has worked in the customer service industry for over 30 years. Started her career off as a hair stylist for a major Salon in the NW for over a decade and worked in the Insurance industry for another 11 years. All the while raising three kids and working part-time in the interior design world in a family-owned business. Most recently joined the Mindy Hibbard Real Estate Team with a focus on home staging. Kyra has an eye for interior design, organization, and attention to detail. In her free time enjoys nature, working out, spending time with her husband, 3 grown children, and grandson.
