Mindy began her career in real estate in 2004. With the support of her husband Tom and her family, Mindy built a thriving business based on trust, care, service and strong client relationships. Never allowing quantity to supersede quality of service, Mindy has very carefully grown the business, being ever mindful to keep client’s needs as her top priority. In 2016, increased requests for Mindy’s high-level of service and expertise required her to carefully select an experienced assistant. With demand still rapidly increasing, Mindy sought to add a like-minded broker to the team. Thus, her husband Tom, a successful contractor and business owner, took a leap of faith to become a real estate broker and join Mindy. Tom, having watched Mindy work with clients for over a decade and sharing the same core values of trust, service, loyalty and quality, in addition to his vast knowledge of construction, was the perfect fit. With the foundation in place, Mindy began to explore ways to increase value and service for her clients, while expanding marketing reach to gain even greater exposure and success for them. It was obvious to Mindy that the next step was social media and digital marketing, and branding veteran Lisa joined the team and dove right in. Tom began work in the construction industry in 1985 and by 1991, was running his own successful business as a general contractor specializing in residential remodels. Believing in good old-fashioned hard work and ready, willing and able to meet any challenge, Tom also built the home they live in from the ground up. In discussions with Mindy regarding the need for another agent, it was instantly clear that together, with their combined knowledge and expertise, they could serve clients needs beyond that of a typical real estate broker. It wasn’t a huge leap for Tom, who had been working with clients and homes for over 30 years and he joined Mindy Hibbard Real Estate full time in 2017. Just as Tom enjoyed helping his clients plan and decide upon the details of a remodel, he relishes the opportunity to help buyers research, discover and connect with their new home. He is happy to provide seasoned advice to both buyers and sellers. As a licensed broker, Tom consistently implements thorough communication, follow through and attention to detail. Outside of work Tom’s passions include his wife Mindy, their two grown children, fitness and sporting events.
Lisa has been in sales and marketing for over 30 years. In 2005, after becoming a gemologist, Lisa established and branded companies in the gem and jewelry industry. Her dedication to ethical practices led to founding a non-profit organization and she along with industry peers were asked to meet with the FTC in Washington, D.C. to put forth policies for consumer protection. Having created successful social media and digital marketing protocols, Lisa was sought out to implement the same proven strategies for other companies in the gemstone industry, including one of which she is a co-owner. As a client, Lisa knows firsthand the value of service and care Mindy lavishes upon her clients. After having a dream about it, Lisa called to learn Mindy was seeking someone with her skill set. Lisa joined MHRE in early 2018, bringing with her decades of experience and seeing in Mindy’s team the same ethical and customer-first approach they both value highly. When it’s time to goof off, Lisa, her husband and their two children enjoy improving their Animal Crossing island.
