It appears that home prices overall have risen, while interest rates have slightly eased. Reports show an approximate 1.5%-2% increase in home values across the board this year. This appears to be “normal” for now. As we look through the telescope into the new year, we acknowledge that many upcoming events will play a key role in affordability, rate of mortgage interest reduction, and housing prices in general. As leadership changes and a new Fed Chair is appointed, it will become clear just how much mortgage rates could stagnate or reduce. Homes, multifamily residential 1-4+ units, and land are a great investment that seem to stand the test of season and time. Getting your money working for YOU, is tip top priority.
